Smoking is strictly prohibited within the community. We kindly request that you refrain from smoking on the premises or within 20 feet of walkways, streets, or alleys adjacent to the property.

 

Please be aware that we employ artificial intelligence-enabled devices to detect smoking inside the units. Engaging in smoking or the use of illegal substances within the home will result in a $500 fee.
