What is the cancelation policy?Our cancelation penalty depends on the length of your stay and when you notify us of your cancelation: All stays under 30 nights: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 24 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll be charged 50% for all nights. If cancelation is after that, you’ll be charged 100% for all nights. All stays of 30 nights or longer: To receive a full refund, you must cancel within 24 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 30 days before check-in. If fewer than 30 days remain on the reservation when cancelation occurs, you’ll be charged 100% for all of those remaining nights.
